# Get Support

Facebook offers support resources to help Instant Games developers resolve issues, answer questions, and get the most out of the platform.

## Support Tiers

### [Support for All Developers](https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/games/support/all-developers)

Every Instant Games developer has access to a comprehensive set of self-service support resources, including documentation, community forums, bug reporting tools, and concierge support through the App Dashboard. These resources are designed to help you find answers quickly and resolve common issues on your own.

### [Support for Managed (Partnered) Developers](https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/games/support/managed-developers)

Developers who have been accepted into Facebook's managed partner program receive an elevated level of support, including a dedicated partner manager, priority support channels, and regular check-ins. Managed developer status is typically extended to studios with established games that meet specific performance thresholds.

## Which Tier Am I In?

If you have been assigned a dedicated partner manager from Facebook, you are a managed developer. If you are unsure, or if you do not have a partner manager, you are in the all-developers tier. See the [Managed Developers](https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/games/support/managed-developers) page for information on how to qualify for managed status.

## Before You Reach Out

Regardless of your support tier, you can often resolve issues faster by:

1. **Checking the documentation.** The answer to many common questions is already covered in these docs. Use the navigation menu or search to find relevant topics.
2. **Reviewing the status page.** If something is not working, check whether there is a known platform issue before filing a report.
3. **Searching the community forums.** Other developers may have encountered and solved the same issue.
4. **Providing detailed information.** When you do file a support request, include your App ID, a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and any error messages or screenshots. The more detail you provide, the faster your issue can be resolved.
