overall app is good. easy to navigate. if you're a veteran you can sign up for discount and always applies it. can easily set up trade-in. with the latest update, the cart doesn't show when you have something in there. If you happen to leave the app in the middle choosing a product, it doesn't pick up where you left off. have to start all over again. that's why I marked it 3 stars. that's shopping app 101 design.

Great deals here, but updates on delivery are not great, its been almost a month since I made a purchase and still nothing. using the chat is terrible, keeps crashing, continuously I have to exit the app and re-open it and do all the steps all over again to try and talk to the agent so it takes a while, trying to open the order I always get "You do not have any items on your orders."

I placed an order and ever since, if I click a link or open the app I get "The content you are trying to load is no longer available. Please try again later". I have to reload the app multiple times just to get something to show, and if I click "My Orders" I get a gray screen and it never loads no matter what. I had to use the website to edit my order. Fix it Samsung!!!
