90 days. 312+ meetings. One inbound GTM engine. Here’s the workflow behind it. Most teams think inbound is simple: “Launch a form → capture a lead → book a call.” But high-quality inbound at scale? That needs engineering, not guesswork. Over the last 90 days, we built and stress-tested an Inbound GTM Orchestration System that delivers 312+ qualified meetings with zero manual SDR work and full RevOps automation. Here’s the breakdown of how the engine actually works 👇 1️⃣ Website → Form Capture Layer Your inbound engine starts with clean, frictionless capture. We use: ▪️ Webflow for the website ▪️ Tally / Typedream for ultra-fast form load & conversions This alone lifted form submissions by double digits. 2️⃣ Instant Enrichment → No Guesswork Within seconds of form submission, lead data flows into: ▪️ Clay for enrichment ▪️ Instantly.ai for validation This gives us a complete 360° profile before the SDR even sees the lead. 3️⃣ Lead Qualification → Automated Scoring Our scoring model checks: ▪️ ICP match ▪️ Buying signals ▪️ Channel/source quality ▪️ Fit indicators Then routes them automatically to Qualified or Unqualified. No spreadsheets. No manual review. 4️⃣ Routing & Rep Assignment → Zero Lag Qualified leads get: ▪️ Auto-routed to the right GTM rep ▪️ Synced to CRM ▪️ Slack alerts fired in real-time ▪️ Signal validation triggered Speed = higher conversion. 5️⃣ Pre-Engagement Orchestration Before the meeting is even booked: ▪️ Connect on LinkedIn ▪️ Pre-frame emails sent ▪️ Account enriched with live data This boosts show-up rates by up to 30–40%. 6️⃣ Meeting Prep Loop The rep receives: ▪️ Lead summary ▪️ Meeting doc ▪️ Deal auto-created ▪️ Calendar reminders Every rep walks into calls fully primed. 7️⃣ Post-Meeting Automation After the call, the engine pushes: ▪️ Meeting summary ▪️ Follow-up sequences ▪️ Feedback workflow Pipeline momentum continues automatically. 8️⃣ Nurture & Re-Engagement If the lead isn’t a fit yet: ▪️ Automated re-engagement ▪️ Newsletter loop ▪️ 30-day re-evaluation Nothing leaks. Nothing gets lost. The result: A fully orchestrated inbound engine that books meetings, qualifies, routes, preps reps, nurtures leads, and drives pipeline without adding SDR headcount. Most companies have inbound. Very few have inbound orchestration. This is the system difference.

When I was the CMO at iOffice, we built an inbound marketing machine so strong that SEG (our M&A advisors & my current employer) described it to buyers as "𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐱." Our sell-side advisor would tell investors: "This company has so many leads and opportunities that the gold is sitting outside Fort Knox. All you need to do is grab a wheelbarrow, load the gold, and take it to the vault. The opportunity is endless." But that “𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝” 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐛𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. It was the result of 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲. Any SaaS leader can replicate this approach. Here’s what worked for us: 🏗️ 𝑻𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 – Inbound marketing doesn't work without trust. You need to be the go-to source for insights in your space. We created content that challenged industry norms, positioned us as an expert and gave away real, useful insights. Every article, webinar, or report had a clear tie to buyer pain points and sales conversations. We used multiple channels like because not all buyers consume content the same. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲: 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝—𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐭. ⚙️ 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚 – Marketing is useless if you can't 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭. Invest in tools that provide visibility into how content drives traffic, leads, and sales. A platform like HubSpot gives you the data to refine your efforts and prove ROI. Tracking the full buyer journey was important. We didn't just measure leads we measured what actually converted to pipeline. We lead scored and segmented because not all leads are created equal. We needed to prioritize based on fit and engagement, not just form fills. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲: 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤. 𝐈𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭. 🤝 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎 – Inbound sales isn't traditional sales and requires a different mindset. We hired inbound specialists, not traditional "hunter" but reps who knew how to educate, nurture, and consult. We also aligned sales & marketing and didn't point fingers. Instead of pushing demos, inbound reps were trained to help buyers navigate their pain points. Lastly, speed mattered. The faster we engaged inbound leads, the higher our win rate. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲: 𝑰𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒘𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 24 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝒖𝒑, 𝒚𝒐𝒖'𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒔. Creating an inbound marketing engine takes time, but the payoff is massive.

Below are two types of inbound leads we often get. Would you like to guess which produces better sales calls and higher close rates? INBOUND LEAD # 1 👉 Finds us through a Google search for something like "marketing agency for manufacturers" 👉 Lands on our home page, clicks our "Request a Strategy Call" button and fills out the form after spending two or three minutes on our website. INBOUND LEAD # 2: 👉 Finds us through a LinkedIn post by one of my coworkers 👉 Follows that coworker because the post strikes a chord 👉 Begins seeing content from others at our company in her feed and follows them too 👉 Notices that some of this content comes from a recurring event series we run twice/month called Industrial Marketing Live, and registers 👉 Attends a live session later that week and is pleasantly surprised to find 90 other industrial marketers with her same job role from other manufacturing organizations in attendance 👉 Takes away a ton of value from the free hour-long session, learns that a Slack community runs side by side with the event series and hops into that the next morning 👉 Begins using this community to seek feedback from her peers and to learn how others like her are solving similar challenges in their similar companies 👉 Decides to dig around on our website to learn more about the agency behind all of this content and while she's there, subscribes to our newsletter 👉 Discovers via the newsletter that we have three podcasts (each for different job roles in manufacturing) and starts listening to the one for her role – The Manufacturing Marketer 👉 A few months later, her CEO sends her an email that says, "We're ready to ramp up marketing. Do you have any agency recommendations?" I'm proud to say that we now have a line of companies waiting to start with us that stretches five months out. And I can promise you it's not from targeting the right keywords in Google. Today you win by creating value that's rooted in your team's expertise – for your specific audience. You do it in the places where your audience spends time and consumes information. And you do it with consistency. This is hard work and it requires patience. But it's SO worth it, and you can do it too. Start small. Get some wins. Do more. Keep building. #industrialmarketing #b2bmarketing #manufacturing

In talking with customers, I hear similar challenges as it relates to optimizing their inbound demand funnel. The good news, there are very achievable, proven steps you can take to improve. What are the most common challenges? - difficulty attracting or converting the right prospects into leads - limitations in effectively prioritizing and routing the best leads - an inability to follow up with lead volumes fast enough...and some times at all. 🤦 But with the right inbound strategy, you can attract more of your desired prospects, identify who are most likely to convert into ACV / revenue, lead-route to the right sales reps, and have faster response times. The below article has more details on each, but a few important call outs, many of which are made vastly easier and more effective by leveraging AI tools: - Starting with research is key. You need to understand what your ideal customer cares about so that you can develop content that is valuable for them. Importantly, understanding their buying situations or "category entry points" and the associated mental triggers they have is critical - Create content that you leverage across channels. Your buyers will not all use the same channels, so developing versions of your content most appropriate for those channels is key. At the same time, being "consistently distinctive" across channels over time in your themes, visuals, etc. will help you stand out for when they are ready to enter a buying process - Build a community with users, brand ambassadors as well as thought leaders (including your leadership team and experts) -- and help them generate or share content for you. Buyers generally value content more when it comes from other individuals or reputable sources vs your brand, particularly those they trust. - Ensure your landing pages / experiences are optimized for conversion. Testing, testing velocity, and institutionalizing learnings from tests are key drivers of success - Robust & real-time scoring and associated routing, based on attributes that are tied to your key down-funnel metrics (ACV / revenue, LTV, etc.) is a must - Immediate follow up. I received outreach from a potential customer saying he was amazed that he received a call from one of our SDRs 8 seconds after he submitted the form. We do that because speed REALLY makes a difference - Great, quality responses from your sales team oriented around solving your prospects problems - And of course, having tight alignment between sales & marketing on what you are solving for, how you are solving for it, and how you are measuring success is key...with open, honest & frequent communication between the departments Get the essential tools and tactics that your teams need for effective inbound lead generation 🔗: bit.ly/3SmPsfz

How I built a LinkedIn lead machine that runs on autopilot (And how you can too): Most people overcomplicate LinkedIn lead generation. They: • Post constantly • Pray for inbound leads • Send cold DMs that get ignored Some try running ads too. But without a system in place, they just end up burning cash. I built a system that brings in 20-25 leads per month for my own business. And for my coach clients? They’re getting 60+ leads per month and filling their calendars with booked calls. The best part: Once it’s set up, it runs on autopilot. Here’s exactly how it works: Step 1: Start with LinkedIn Ads Forget boosting posts—that’s a waste of money. Instead, use Lead Gen Ads to capture emails from high-intent prospects without sending them to an external landing page. Step 2: Automate LinkedIn nurturing with Expandi Once someone opts in, they’re automatically added to Expandi, which handles LinkedIn outreach. First, they get a personalized connection request (automated, but looks manual). Once they accept, they go through a 5-message nurture sequence inside LinkedIn DMs. This warms them up and guides them toward booking a call. Step 3: Add email follow-ups At the same time, they’re placed into an email nurture sequence. This reinforces credibility with: • Case studies • Testimonials • Industry insights — keeping them engaged beyond LinkedIn. Step 4: Retarget like a pro Most leads won’t book a call immediately. That’s normal. So, we retarget them with ads that keep them engaged— Whether they’ve: • Watched a video • Interacted with a post • Clicked on an ad before Step 5: Use "HighLevel" to track & convert leads Leads don’t mean much if they fall through the cracks. That’s why everything flows into HighLevel (CRM). Every lead is tracked, categorized, and followed up with at the right time. Warm inbound leads get automated responses so no opportunity is missed. Everything is centralized, making it easy to manage conversations across LinkedIn, email, and inbound inquiries. Step 6: Optimize & scale The beauty of this system? It gets smarter over time. We test different messages, refine ad copy, and double down on what works. This is exactly how I generate my own leads. And I build the same system for my clients. If you’re a: • Coach • Consultant • Service provider ... tired of chasing leads and want a LinkedIn system that does the work for you, let’s talk. DM me the word "ADS" and let's see if we're a good fit. Thanks for reading. Enjoyed this? Follow Connor Bell for more.

Building founder-led social selling system for B2B SaaS & Service | Founder @Otivate

It feels contradictory of me to say this: ...inbound lead gen only is not going to work in 2025. Founders, CMOs & CROs, this is what to look for👇 I've always been doing inbound work throughout my entire career. But lately, I observed something about inbound lead gen: In some months, the leads would flock in. In others? Crickets. The problem with inbound is you can create demand (and you need that). But you can't anticipate consistent volume. And the worst thing about Sales & Marketing is: keeping the approach that doesn’t give a good outcome. So we took a step back to revamp our social selling workflow. Long story short. - Revamp demand-gen content, less output, more high-quality output. - Stopped inbound only. Started a mixed approach. - Built a multi-touch prospecting system. Here’s exactly what we do: 1. Add 150-200 contacts from ICP to my LinkedIn every week First build the list with Sales Navigator. Then add them to your account via connection request. Just so you know, you can automate this step. 2. Do a few quality posts aligned with your positioning. No cliché platitude, no selfie in Bali 😂 Not 5 times or 7 times a week. We do fewer posts, but higher quality. Here’s how: - 1-2 posts (with video or infographics) on problem-solving, success stories, objection handling (what we do) - 1-2 posts (bare text or with an image) attacking industry villains or showing subject matter expertise (what we don’t do). Then repost your content after 9 hours (or next day if you don’t post anew). This is how we use content to invoke demand across timezones. 3. Prioritize inbound-led outbound. Many B2B companies invest heavy effort and money in mass low-intent cold outreach. Result: extremely low response and close rate. Instead, we prioritize the audience with an inbound signal: - Track interaction thru comments, reactions, profile visit, connections. - Start convo in DMs to drive curiosity with solution-forward questions. - Not all contacts enter the pipeline. But those do, already qualify themselves. That makes it easier to book a demo call. Plot twist, some of this can also be automated. 4. Build a multi touch-points follow-up LinkedIn or socials alone won’t cut it. B2B buyers are sophisticated and they ain’t ready to convert with 1 or 2 touch points. So we enrich contact data with tools like Clay and plan a mix of follow-up strategies with email and LinkedIn message sequences. This is how we secure a higher response rate and land 15 - 20 calls a month. — The result so far. Predictable. But it’s no instant noodle. It took a lot of experiments with different tools. A thing about this approach: You don’t wait for leads to show up. But you can lead the way for them to come in. I'm on a mission to help 2 limited founders get 10-15 sales calls a month thru Founder Brand without spending more than 45 mins a week. Sounds sexy to you? Send me a DM "Socials" and let's chat.

Want consistent inbound leads from LinkedIn? Start building a routine. Here’s mine ↓ 8:00 AM — Comment + Connect I start by leaving 5–10 smart comments on posts from SaaS founders and GTM leaders. Why? Because every valuable comment = a mini-post that drives 30–50 profile views before I’ve even posted. Then I connect with 10–15 relevant people, people who’ve just engaged with similar content. It’s a daily micro-distribution. 1:30 PM → Warm-up Comment Before I post, I “warm up” the algorithm. One thoughtful comment signals to LinkedIn: “This person is active and engaged.” It's a test. I've read a couple of things about it, so I just wanted to check this out. 2:00 PM → Post I post at the same time every weekday. That consistency trains my audience and LinkedIn’s algo to expect me. I've tried different timeslots, but 2:00 PM seems the best time for me. 2:00–3:00 PM → Engage I reply to every comment and start new conversations. That first hour is where the algorithm decides whether to push your post further. I treat it like a launch window. 4:30 PM → Write the Next One If I still have energy, I’ll draft tomorrow’s post while ideas are fresh. Some days I do. Some days I don’t. Momentum > perfection. After 2 months of being consistent? - Followers: 2,100 → 4,300 - 15+ inbound leads - A pipeline that runs on conversations, not campaigns Being visible on LinkedIn isn’t magic. It’s mechanics. You don’t need 10 hours a week. You need one routine worth repeating. Hi I’m Roelof Otten, I share frameworks on LinkedIn & Product-Led Growth so SaaS pros can grow without spending more time.

Founder: "We're not getting enough inbound leads" Me: "What's your biggest marketing constraint now?" Founder: "We're not sure, it's probably our design skills" The truth is that: The surface-level constraint is often not the primary cause of low inbound leads. So you'll need to audit your marketing function entirely. Here's a 4-step process to do this: 1. Get clarity on the root problem - Identify the negative symptoms - Link the symptoms to the root problem - Audit the problem with an expert (internal or external) 2. Set up a plan, based on the problem's nature - Turn the audit into recommendations - Prioritize and plan the implementation - Set a timeline with key objectives 3. Implement the recommendations - Execute the top priority actions first - Fix the problem at its core - Install a simple system that won't break 4. Assess and iterate based on the impact - Monitor carefully the evolution of symptoms - Analyze if the actions fixed the problem - Implement new actions based on results

How are we adding $1M in sales per month to Lyzr's deal flow? 🚀 If you are a B2B sales leader, this practical 'how we do it' guide might help you. 👉 This works well if you have a PMF - Product Market Fit, even if its early. Focus 1: Stop leakage of inbound leads 🛑 It is super important to stop the leakage of leads that come your way. This includes prospects who want to book a demo, website visitors, e-book downloads, and so on. Here is the recommended stack 👇 RB2B - to get the profiles of your website visitors. This helps how your potential customers interact with your website assets. We converted 2 deals just by writing to the website visitors, and it talks with a Fortune 500 one. Lyzr AI Chat - to interact with visitors and understand what's in their minds. While AI chatbots not only act as lead generation or customer support agents, they also help you unearth some key customer pain points. But how to get more inbound leads? Get your SEO game in shape. Surfer SEO is a great recent tool that we love. Most of the blog posts written by humans at Lyzr and Skott - the AI marketer, are optimized for SEO by Surfer SEO. Skott (AI Marketer) - Skott takes away a huge load from our content team by writing highly researched and well-planned blog posts and PR articles. The adoption of Stanford's 'Perspective QA' algorithm improved Skott's research capabilities by 100x. (https://www.lyzr.ai/skott) Focus 2: Automate Inbound & Outbound 🤖 While I recommend that you personally write to the inbound leads and nudge them toward a demo call or a product purchase, agent-led sales automation is pretty much the way to go to ensure that you keep the leads warm and eventually convert them. Here is how we do it at Lyzr 👇 Clay - Be it the inbound or the outbound list, use Clay to enrich your contacts. This saves a lot of time as you can reach out to your ICP and not spend time on unqualified leads. Our agency partners love Clay+Jazon combo. Jazon (AI SDR) - Activate Jazon for outbound and inbound. Just add your list of leads, Jazon does the following autonomously - research the leads, write personalized emails or text, followup with leads, answer queries and book demo calls. (https://www.lyzr.ai/jazon/) Additional Focus 📢 In addition to the above 'must-do' sales processes, the following tracks also help (about 20%) Lyzr bring in leads. Paid Ads - We tried everything, and we can safely say Google Ads are still the best in the game. Our ads budget is <$5K per month as the organic efforts (listed above) do the heavy lifting for us. Social Media - I must admit that we aren't good at this yet. I believe the critical mass is about 100K followers to get social media channels working for you. As the organic impressions on your post could run in millions. Well, there you go. That's what we do at Lyzr to add $1M in sales, every month. And we are just getting started.
