Moments like these give me perspective on the challenges our clients face. Two years ago, a client came to us with exactly that problem. Their developer portal was a mess: inconsistent, outdated, and full of gaps. It didn't reflect the quality of their product, and it was actively hurting their business with a 29% customer satisfaction score for the docs. A company onboarding over 150 new merchants every month cannot afford to have its documentation be an afterthought. It has to be a product in itself.
