Fixes: #145
Per Chris Mullins (@cleemullins), we can remove instead of obsolete/deprecate payments in Java because it's still in Preview.
ConnectorAPI.jsonstill shows deprecation messages so it matches theConnectorAPI.jsonfiles in other SDKs.I don't know Java...let me know if I did something dumb.
