There's a few critically important messages here- among the most important is this- DoAs women at any age we need to avoid at all costs being driven by fear, or making fear-based decisions about our money, fertility, relationships, any thing. We are okay, and we can be happy, okay, no matter what happens. At 63, I regret it took me so long to find this truth. And gods truth/ I love that AOC reminds of this today, speaks this truth with her pants unzipped and a bag of frozen blueberries shoved down the front of them. 🥰😍😘 Thank god for you, AOC.

I don’t get why you are freezing your eggs, I’m pretty sure there’s an endless amount of men who would gladly fertilize you and let you raise your baby alone. You can save 20k and just get a bottle of Tito’s and a good playlist. 😒

Thank you for bringing into the light the financial reality of IVF and the always present theme of controlling women’s bodies. I’m 37 and starting my Stim meds tonight after 3 days of Lupron, and I’m just happy to have an overlapping IVF cycle with you, AOC.
