Use AI dashcams, forward collision & behavior detection systems that trend specific issues (tailgating, late braking, cut-ins, distraction). 👉Identify which drivers consistently push the envelope. 👉Apply targeted coaching early. 👉Tie behavioral patterns to incentives or re-training, not just “you braked hard once, get written up.” 👉Monitor performance improvement over time, not only looking for events, but seeing whether the frequency is dropping.
